I’ve worked with Jay for more than two years. In that time he’s kept our Discourse forum, which we depend on as a critical piece of infrastructure to teach thousands of students per year, humming like a well-oiled machine. It gives me a lot of peace of mind to know we have someone with his expertise and diligence installing updates, backing up our data, and occasionally stepping in to troubleshoot problems. I recently hired him to do a design makeover of the site and change the architecture of our categories as we grow.
