I worked with Jay in 2020 to set up Discourse for a small community of users. The setup was quick and efficient, and we were up and running in less than a day.
Recently something broke. Do you know how you feel when you have to go through the support channels of the big companies and end up more or less in the same place and without a clear way forward? Well, Jay is the opposite of that. He stepped up and in a matter of minutes everything was running again.
As a fellow IT professional, I can only appreciate the way that Jay is aiming to automate the repetitive processes while in the same time keeping the human touch on his business.
